How to Apply

In order to be considered for a grant from the Kelly Foundation you must review the grant distribution guidelines that are posted on this site, and submit a completed online Application.

To submit an application, you will need to create an account and log in to our application portal, where you can complete the application process.

IMPORTANT UPDATES:

To better understand the impact the Kelly Foundation and its partners are making in the neighboring communities, some changes have been made to the application process. Moving forward, each quarter will represent a focus area(s), and all applicants must meet the criteria of that designated area. This change will allow the Board of the Kelly Foundation to understand the organizations affecting change in those areas and allow a deeper understanding of the impact being made.

Moving forward in 2025, the application guidelines are as follows:

Focus Area		Application Deadline	Grant Award Decision
Food Insecurity		January 15	February
Conservation, Open Space, and Climate		January 15	February
Children & Youth Assistance, and Education		April 15	May
Affordable Housing & Homelessness		July 15	August
Health & Human Services		October 15	November

All organizations are eligible to apply at the appropriate time 2025, regardless of the timing of their last grant award.
